Rating Arrived safely packaged exactly when promised.This for me is and always will be a staple product as it does exactly what it promises on the box.only complaint is tabs can be most tricky for people with some disabilities,i.e arthritis,muscular problems to pop out of hermetically sealed cards and some friends have not wanted to take them [a] because of this and [b] fear as tabs are so big.Am sure if they came in more easily digestible sizes more would take the plunge.I have taken these for many years and panic when they sell thru.they maintain a healthy systemespecially useful as you age and I would swear to that and to them.they are every girls best friend.thank you.
