Rating I've started taking this creatine formula as well as a 100% whey protein, i didnt notice much of a difference in the first week but by the second week i noticed a huge differce in my energy levels! I practically soared through my entire workout and could have done more! In the last 5 weeks and my bench press has gone up 40lbs and i'm lifting more weight in every exercise i do. On top of that I've also lost 8lbs of fat. I would recommend taking this creatine as i've gotten the results i've wanted but dont expect results unless you have a complete workout (lifting and cardio). My workouts have become more intense, i run in the morning, go to work, after work i lift weights for an hour and a half, rest, then I do a thai cardio routine for and hour. It's quite a bit but i now have more energy and I want more of the results i'm seeing! (Posted on 1/19/09)
