This stuff works great! These days it seems I have a hard time getting a full night sleep. I don't seem to be able to nod off for more than a few hours before I waken up. It's no big deal, but I feel like I can function better throughout the day with a solid 8 hour sleep. I've tried warm baths, teas and warm milk - to no avail, and I dont like taking most sleep aids as I always feel groggy or extremely cranky the next day. I purchase the Bedtime a couple of weeks ago and it works like a charm! I havent had a sleepless night since and i always feel well rested the next day. I've even noticed that if I dont take it on some nights lately I am still falling asleep and resting for at least 7 hours. I cannot rave enough about this product, it's amazing! (Posted on 1/19/09)
