To start, all you need to do is send us a current picture, with your name, weight, age and a description of your eating and workout habits to be posted on our site. After 30 days send us a description of what you did to improve your health, provide us with your new weight and a new picture. If you can show in any way an improvement in weight loss, muscle gain or better fitness in your measurements, description and/or after picture, we will send you a £50 Gift Certificate for any AstroNutrition products.
