3 Ways To Improve Blood Circulation
By improving your blood circulation in the body, practically every single body process and every system of your body will benefit. Improved blood circulation results in the improvement of the nourishment of your cells and tissues, the elimination of toxins, and improves the functioning of the major organs such as the heart, liver, kidneys, and lymphatic system. Here are three ways to improve your circulation:
1.Exercise. As if there aren’t already enough reasons to exercise! Exercise is the single most effective way to improve blood circulation throughout the body. Regular physical exercise is especially important if you spend most of your time sitting (a desk job). At a minimum, you should walk for at least half an hour every day, and cardio workouts should be done 5 days a week for half an hour or more. Exercise improves blood circulation by getting the heart pumping blood faster throughout your body.
2.Ginko Biloba . This is a herb that has been used for many years to improve circulation as well as to improve mental clarity and functioning. It has been proven to increase blood flow to the brain and throughout the body’s network of blood vessels that supply blood and oxygen to organs. It also speeds up metabolism and promotes sexual health by increasing blood flow to the sexual organs.
3.Cayenne pepper. Another effective herb at promoting better blood circulation is cayenne pepper. Cayenne is a mild form of chili powder which is slightly spicy. It stimulates circulation, improves digestion and stimulates the kidneys, lungs, stomach and heart.
If you have poor circulation you may suffer from a number of discomforts such as cold hands and feet, tiredness, achiness in the body and cramps. By improving circulation your health will benefit greatly – you will feel better and your overall bodily functioning will be improved.

The right foods and the right
The right foods and the right exercise are both equally important for blood circulation. I've read reviews on Chinese and Japanese herbs and their ability to cleanse our body thus preventing us from various diseases, all sounded convincing so I'm having second thought. However I believe no amount of supplements can replace exercise because it involves physical movement and works on the whole body. Meditations are also very relaxing and transports your mind and soul to another world but we have to be careful about the whole process, the benefit lies in doing it correctly and safely.
