Boxing For Weight Loss
Boxing is an amazing way to lose weight as well as get out some pent up energy and
aggression. It is one of the hardest exercises to do if you are doing it right, and it requires plenty
of stamina. Boxing works your entire body. You are constantly moving your legs, while punching
works out your arms, back, and abdominals. Mix these strength training moves with the
cardiovascular aspect, and you have an amazing fat burning exercise that is also fun. Take a
boxing or kickboxing class so that you are motivated to get fit with others, and get educated on
the general moves so that you can practice on your own.
