Aims:
Lose no more than 1kg weight per week to avoid muscle loss.
3 days weight training per week
4 days cardio per week
6 small daily meals of lean protein, starchy carbohydrate, fibrous
carbohydrate.
Hopefully should be down to 83Kg by the end of Jan.
Target weight 71Kg (assuming minimal muscle gain).
