Ephedrine Recommendations
There are tens of thousands of products on the market that claim to make weight loss possible without any effort. Most of these products, however, to not work as advertised but snazzy marketing claims get people to purchase them.
One of the first names that come to mind when I think of ephedrine/ephedra fat burners is Hydroxycut. There are plenty more fat burners on the market today that include ephedrine and a question that is often asked is, “Is ephedrine bad for you?” The answer is that it is neither good nor bad for you. When it is used properly, ephedrine/ephedra can help with the treatment of asthma, flu, coughing and cold symptoms.
If you have employed the use of ephedrine/ephedra for weight loss, you know that it stimulates the nervous system and heart causing an increase in metabolism and thermogenesis. However, it does have side effects.
The most powerful supplement that you can use to lose weight is ephedrine/ephedra. If you are looking to lose weight quickly, I would recommend using ephedrine. If you are trying to fit into that wedding dress or lose weight before a holiday, using ephedrine will help you reach those goals.
For long-term weight loss, ephedrine is not recommended. For this, you will need to employ regular methods of weight loss, which are tried and true, such as exercise, sensible diet and proper sleep. Because Ephedrine/ephedra affects your nervous system and should not be used long term as it affects your central nervous system and quickens your heart rate. This is true, however, for any stimulant, even caffeine.
I would recommend, as I have been doing it for years, taking ephedrine only on days when you will be working out or to temporarily lose weight for a special event, such as a high school reunion. Also, you should only take ephedrine on days where being up all night will be okay. Make sure that you force yourself to eat; a lot of the weight you lose from taking ephedrine is because you are starving yourself. Do not just skip meals. When cycling ephedrine/ephedra, don’t skip meals, just eat smaller ones.
