Thanks for having this challenge. It gives me a the push I needed to get back to the gym. I look forward to seeing what I can achieve in 30 days.
My eating habits are fairly poor right now. Although I have times where I am more conscious about what I eat, currently I am eating hamburgers and fries, or chicken wings and multiple beers when I go to a pub a few times a week. When I am at home, I eat toast with peanut butter, pasta dishes and pizza. My girlfriend tries to feed me salads once and awhile – which probably keeps me alive J. For my workout schedule, I play hockey once a week and go to the gym once a week. When I am at the gym, I will ride the stationary bike and lift weights for arms, chest and back. Trying to fit it all in at once – which hasn’t been very effective. I do take the Pomology multivitamin for men offered on your site. My plan for the next 30 days is to workout for at least 30 minutes per day, eat healthier meals (with more vegetables and fruit) and take the Purple K creatine offered on your site to help me improve my overall health and muscle tone. I look forward to giving you an after picture that shows some improvement.

PS I also smoke – so I am going to try the Nicotinex on your site to see if I can stop smoking. Will let you know if that works.
