Your body image directly affects your health and the way you live. No matter what your body type or shape, body image is a direct reflection about how you feel about yourself and absolutely everyone deserves to feel good about yourself. This self perception is something that everone struggles with at some point in their lives.

Body image is something that everyone has struggled with at some point in their lives. Having a healthy body image and self esteem is important for your all around health because negative thoughts can actually make you physically ill and cause serious health concerns.
