No matter if you have any vacation time or not, there is a high probability that you will be sipping an alcohol drink at one point or another this summer.  With the endless BBQ’s, beach nights, and pool parties there is no way to avoid the summer drinks. Unfortunately, it is easy to pack on the pounds due to the massive amounts of calories contained in most of these drinks.

With the popularity of shows like So You Think You Can Dance and Dancing with the Stars, many people are taking up dancing themselves.  It's a bit of a fad right now, but what a great way to get in shape.  If you think dancing is easy, try dancing around in your living room for ten minutes.  You will notice that it takes a little more effort then you thought.  Even harder, will be joining a class that has some actual set moves and goes on for an hour.
