Hi,

My current weight and measurements are:

weight 12st 7lbs
waist 31 inches
bust 38 inches
abdomen 42 1/2 inches
hips 41 inches
thighs 24 1/4 inches
arms 13 inches

I currently run 3-4 times a week and i do strength and cardio training 5 times a week. I eat reasonably healthly whilst my partner is offshore but when he comes home i tend to pig out a bit , please find enclosed to pictures i took of myself today.
