Hi Astronutrition,

I am 28 years old, I weigh 11stone 8 oz, my stomach is 103 cms, and my thighs are 61 cms.

For breakfast I have 1 slice of toast, for lunch I have a sandwich, for tea I have a meal (ie spag bol, shepards pie, chicken dinner, fish , etc).
