A recent survey of 1500 moms showed the moms said they look forward to getting back to their regular routines and having more time to focus on themselves when their kids go back to school. They ranked summer second (behind the winter holidays) as the time of year when they tended to put on the most weight. Now it is time to work it off!
Get out and breath the fresh fall air…do some hiking, walking, or join the gym. Find a workout partner and make a plan. Now many moms have the time to make healthier meals and fit fitness into the day. Be inspired by the fall weather and fall foods, like pumpkins, nuts, apples, soups and salads. Don’t let another season pass you by.
