Hi all, if you were trying to access our site between 6 to 9am pst, you may have noticed a fail message saying that there was a "DB Error, not connected". We experienced a hiccup with the MySQL database and it resulted in our servers getting overloaded and out of memory. In layman's terms, it meant our site crashed. We have since reset our server and are implementing a fix to avoid any future interruptions.

Our sincerest apologies for anyone who was inconvenienced and going forward, we will try harder to maintain an optimum level of uninterrupted service.
