Try Bootcamp for Fast Weight Loss
If you have ever experienced a weight loss plateau you know that it can be frustrating. You work your butt off for weeks or months and the pounds start to come off, but all of a sudden you find the scale at a stand still. Why? Because your body can adapt to the workouts. Bootcamps are intense exercise sessions-usually structured classes-which challenge you physically and mentally. There is little to no rest in a bootcamp session and the focus is on targeted muscle exercises combined with intense cardio. These sessions are called bootcamp workouts because they are quite similar to the ones the military uses to keep their employees in tip top shape. These sessions are a great solution for weight loss because of the sheer intensity. You are moving from one exercise to another so fast that your body does not have time to adjust and you end up burning your fat reserves in a very short period of time. Per hour bootcamp will burn off about calories and in a matter of weeks you will see extreme changes in the tone of your body. Muscles will become more defined and you will be noticeably slimmer. If you have limited time to exercise you should consider signing up for bootcamp because if you are willing to put in the effort, results are almost guaranteed.
Although the benefits to attending bootcamp classes are endless, some people simply do not have the strength to do the classes. You only see results because of the extreme amount of energy which you are forced to put out, and they are definitely not for the slacker exerciser. The up side is that if you can endure these workouts, not only will be you be stronger physically, but you will reap the mental benefits as well. You will gain confidence in knowing that if you can survive a bootcamp class you can conquer almost anything.
