Great sources of vegetarian protein include nuts and whole grains. Almonds have as much protein as red meat and grains like flax are chock full of protein and are also very fibrous. Good luck!

Absolutely! Remember to eat 5-6 small meals a day and have a diet rich in whole foods and lean meats. Make sure you have essential fatty acids which will help your body use it's stored fat as energy. Good luck!
Wow, that's super healthy. I think you may need to add another snack or two and maybe add some more essential fatty acids to your diet such as flax or fish but other than that, it looks great!
