Rating This is one product that i find actually works for me without the negative side effects. I dont know why it works, but i find that i get drowsy very quickly after taking 3 (the recommended dose for sleep) and get a good night sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed and glad that i managed more than 3 hours! They seem to do the job they were made for and i'll continue using them and would recommend them to anyone needing a good night's sleep! (Posted on 1/19/09)
