Be sure to take at least the RDI of calcium and vitamin D3. Do not take this product at the same time as a calcium supplement, as these minerals may compete with each other for absorption. Best way to take your strontium is in the morning on an empty stomach as you will digest it quickly and you can then after one hour have your breakfast and take all your vitamins. Take the two caps at the same time.
