Great, but go easy at the start if your a newbie Review by Starmix
Rating I have never taken any supplements like these before and I drink de-caff coffee so the effects were a little intense at first but i overcame this by opening the capsules and taking half the contents out at a time. My appetite is significantly reduced and my weigh loss has been steady and a painless experience since taking these tablets. I take them for 5 days then have 2 days off, I'm a bit wary of the amount of caffeine I'm putting into my body. I only take them once a day too, if I take them in the afternoon I can't sleep at night, most advice I have read says don't take them after about 3-4 pm but anything after noon for me just won't let me sleep.
Up shot is - They definately work , but if your body is unused to caffeine/ stimulants you will need to build your use up gradually.

Rating Very strong fat burner, I only take one a day and find that is more than enough - I made the mistake of taking one more at about 8pm and couldn't sleep all night, oops! All in all feel very energetic and great when doing exercise. Definitely decreases appetite, will feed back on weight loss as and when. Rating Asia Black Ephedra Extreme Fat Burner is the best! I must admit that I have tried several fat burners in my life and Asia Black Ephedra Extreme Fat Burner appears to be on the top of my list. It gives you ebnergy boost without making you angry or irritated. In fact, as well as it gives you a kick as caffeine, guarana or other ephedra based burners do it gives you kind of positive vibrations. It keeps you going in very good, positive mood even if you eat a bit less then usually...However, you don't need to diet or starve to loose weight. It is enough to combine Asia Black Ephedra Extreme Fat Burner with exercising and reasonable eating habits. I cut a bit on carbo, added some more proteins to my diet and exercised 3 times a week and I lost about 5 kg in 2 weeks..There is another good thing about Asia Black Ephedra - the jojo effect after you stop taking is doesn't exist. Of course you can't start eating to excess - just be reasonable and stick with your good eating habbits allowing yourself for a bit of a treat during the weekend. It is also recommended that you continue on exercising and repeat taking Asia Black Ephedra every few weeks if you want. It is not addictive at all, but when you see effects you know that after Christmas Holiday Season or any other bit naughty period you can come back to it for a coupe of weeks and you will feel fantastic!!!! There are no side effects if you stick to the recommended dose. Heart is working properly, skin stays bright and wonderful, you are in a great mood and you are loosing weight without loosing your muscles. It is fantastic for men and women. My partner was against this type of supplement, but I convinced him to try. Effects were amazing - he is really pleased that I let him try Asia Black Ephedra Extreme Fat Burner.
