amy strong component of a mixture - ephedrine / ephedra. It has long been considered a fairly powerful thermogenic agent, but later found that in combination with caffeine and aspirin, it is much stronger. We also know that caffeine is also quite strong thermogenics, but much weaker than ephedrine. If these two substances are mixed in any ratio, their thermogenic properties are added, one plus one turns two. However, if you mix them in strictly defined proportions - 200 mg caffeine 20 mg of ephedrine (the resulting number is taken three times a day), the result is synergistic. That is one plus one did not get two, and much more. If the mixture is added to a specified amount of aspirin 300 mg, the result is even more impressive.
In addition to the effect of fat burning, mixture has the following effect: in experiments with animals who received the mixture obtained is 20% less energy, but gained 10% more muscle and 30% less fat than those who did not receive caffeine and ephedrine .
Besides the fact that when taking a mixture of the calories are converted into heat rather than stored as fat, it is possible that a mixture inhibits the body's ability to form adipose tissue. Caffeine by itself increases the level of adrenaline in the blood, thereby increasing lipolysis (fat breakdown). The use of caffeine and / or ephedrine can also increase power rates and concentration during exercise, for this reason that many bodybuilders use these drugs.
Some studies show that one of the strongest effects of the mixture may be inhibition of appetite and, in fact, three quarters of the total of the mixture may be precisely because of the oppression of appetite. I think that this may explain the popularity of the mixture - it helps to stick to the diet and provides a solid energy "boost".
The mixture will help you to "dry up" if you use it in the correct and rigorous program of training and nutrition, but always use it should not. I personally used a mixture of a day, for no more than a few weeks, only when I really needed it. If you want to experiment with these drugs, I would advise you to follow the same rules. Experiments show that the effective dosage of drugs in a mixture of 200 mg of caffeine, 20 mg of ephedrine and 300 mg of aspirin, the number is divisible by three doses per day. If aspirin is bad for your stomach, use its plant equivalent - willow bark, or simply exclude it from the mixture. Caffeine with ephedrine also give a strong effect.
Remember, if you are sick with something, especially if you have heart problems, do not use caffeine and / or ephedrine without first consulting a doctor. Do not exceed recommended dosages, artificial or natural, that contain caffeine or ephedrine. (Posted on 9/10/11) -

Rating As a psychoactive substance, caffeine has a variety of effects. This includes is being a CNS stimulant. There are a variety of effects of using caffeine and thus a variety of reasons to use it including benefiting athletes.
Caffeine and Exercise Performance: Caffeine is well-documented as improving endurance exercise. This is due to its ability to significantly delay fatigue, which improves exercise length by up to 50%. Caffeine is more effective among those that do not use it often. It seems most effective for short-term high-intensity exercise such as strength training. When used with carnitine and ephedrine it can further improve endurance exercise length.
Mechanism of action: Caffeine’s ability to improve performance is related to the various ways caffeine can increase neuromuscular function. This includes it changing the muscle environment’s chemical composition.. In addition, it might delay the feeling of fatigue by helping keep skeletal muscle from losing potassium. Caffeine is also an analgesic that allows the user to tolerate more pain by promoting release of beta-endorphins and other hormones that affect the feeling of pain.
Caffeine and Weight Loss: Caffeine possesses fat burning capabilities. However, it usually only provides major weight loss when used in very high doses, but smaller doses are effective combined with other powerful weight loss ingredients, especially green tea.
Fatigue, Cognitive Performance, and Sleep: In dosages from 150-400mg caffeine can improve cognitive function. This includes improving performance and speed of intellectual tasks. However, it can impair fine motor coordination. Caffeine does help deal with fatigue and the effects of lack of sleep.
Withdrawal Effects: Since caffeine is addictive, there are various withdrawal effects when consistent users stop using it. This includes headaches, irritability, sleepiness, dysphoria, nausea, nervousness, restlessness, anxiety, and muscle tension.
Other Side Effects and Precautions: Many think caffeine affects hydration status, but studies have found it minimally affects fluid retention and is about equivalent to water. Caffeine can raise blood pressure, so it is best avoided by people with high blood pressure or high risk of cardiovascular disease. Doses over 300mg can cause or increase feelings of anxiety/stress. Caffeine tolerance and addiction effects usually wear off after a day of abstaining from caffeine, however caffeine use can increase the lasting addictive effect of other drugs. Caffeine can reduce bone mineral density. Some drugs negatively interact with caffeine. Also, caffeine can increase the kidney and liver toxicity of acetaminophen and alcohol. (Posted on 2/21/11) -

Rating I find these caffeine pills pretty good, but I'm also no coffey drinker or tea for that matter, You have to keep in mind that caffeine is addictive, meaning if you take it on a regular basis you get used to it and you need more. I only take the max 3 days a week and max 200mgr per day, to prevent that.
Since a short time i also use taurine together with the coffeine, that is red bull!!!!!!!!!!!!! without all the additional poisons and callories, man that is a buzz.
I do eat organic and healthy.
You also have to drink a lot of water you take these pills cause caffeine dehydrates you.
If I need to get a thing done and I do not have the energy for it, I use them as an energyser. Afterwards I take my break, so I'm not overdoing it.
I find the service of astronutrition pretty good, Price is really good, and the stuff you get is pretty good to. You can ask these guy anything, you will always get an answer back. I'm glad certain stuff is back in the collection, incl no shipping deal to.
