My experience, I only used it prior to going to the gym as directed. During my training session I really felt it kicking in, the harder I worked, the better the energy got.
Best Pre-Workout Cap....I knew exactly what I was getting from the label and then if I needed to add anything (such as creatine) I did so and I knew exactly what I was getting. No blend to worry about. The bottle said Train Insane - And U do with FUBAR.

Rating I'm taking 2 caps at a time and it gives me a good rise in energy and focus. No crash or come down. If you're looking at getting a crazy buzz that you get from ephedrine or jolt cola, you won't find it here. All in all, pretty good for my liking. (Posted on 1/25/09)

Rating I took 2 capsules this morning at 11 am, 30 minutes before the gym. I was more focused and had better mental clarity. My energy levels were up a couple of notches, no doubt, yet it doesn't have the crazy stimulant-like effects you would find in other energy enhancement products.
5 hours later and I still have lots of energy and no crash, which I find great because I was expecting a bit of a caffeine crash.
This product does what it says: It is a bit eupohric, gives long-lasting energy without any crazy comedown.
I can see myself taking these after lunch and allowing me to stay focused at work the rest of the day. We all know how tough some afternoons can be, especially when you eat a big bowl of pasta. When will we learn? Anyway, FUBAR = good stuff.
