I am a female, 5f7, 120 lbs, and I have been taking 2 pills per day for 2 week. I havent noticed any changes in my energy level and those pills dont help me to work out longer. I bought Ripped Freak for my fiancé to try out. He had put on a few extra pounds since having some surgery and also giving up smoking. They have definitely given him a kick start!

He has definitely started to loose weight and he says that they have given him some extra energy. He has now come to the last few tablets and has asked for me to purchase some more real soon.

He says that thing he likes best is that there are no violent shake or sick feelings that some of the other products induce. He has not even started training yet so I bet the results will be quite dramatic when he does.

I have not noticed any bad mood swings either which, is often a concern when taking these types of products due to the highs and the crashing lows! (And I think we can all identify with that!)

Overall I guess it is fair to say we are pleased with the whole experience especially as I saw these on the internet and you never quite know what to expect! I guess I feel confident enough to purchase the second pot and would recommend them to anyone.

Ripped Freak is considered to be an extremely potent product. It is advertised as a potent bodybuilder supplement as well as fat burner. There are five main aspects of Ripped Freak.

1. 5 methylated derivatives of EGCG: EGCG comes from green tea. Green tea has been found to be useful for weight loss, however there is no evidence that the methylated versions of EGCG in Ripped Freak are more effective than green tea.

2. 1,3-Dimethylamylamine or DMAA: This is a CNS stimulant that was originally used as a nasal decongestant in the 1940s, but more recently has been used in dietary supplements. It is believed to help with mood, focus, and energy, although there is no research on this. DMAA can cause problems at high doses. Note that it is on the World Anti Doping Agency’s 2010 prohibited list, so competitive athletes should not take Ripped Freak.

3. 1,3,7-trimethyl-1H-purine-2,6(3H,7H)-dione: This is Ripped Freak’s complicated way of saying caffeine. Caffeine is a proven effective mild fat burner. It is not exactly an impressive fat burner and the methylated version might not be any better, although it might improve the bioavailability.

4. Red Pepper Ester Stack: This is believed to be able to improve your metabolism by creating heat like it does in chili peppers. However, studies have found that to be effective it needs to be used in very high doses that are not yet feasible.

5. Raspberry Ketone: These have been found to help animals lose weight, but that does not mean it is effective in humans. It might help with post-exercise fat-oxidation, but minimally.

Basically, the claim that Ripped Freak possesses “superior fat burning effectiveness” is not true, as it contains pretty common fat burner ingredients in just fancy sounding methylated forms that are not necessarily better. Thus its effectiveness is exaggerated.

The combination of DMAA and caffeine, however, can still provide potent stimulant effects. Thus it is important to avoid it if you have health problems or are new to using fat burners. Also, do not take more than the recommended doses. (Posted on 2/17/11)

Didn't experience any physical rush and didn't notice any weight loss but family said I'd lost weight and when I got on scales, that told the story. Lost about 6kgs after six weeks. I'm in my 50's. When jogging I have a lot more energy. Deserts or sweets seem to have little effect now so long as I continue to take these. Expensive yes, but worth it. I expected a something special with these, I originally bought fat burner and with them i got a huge buss, supressed appitite and noticed a difference in the gym.

With these, i literally felt nothing - these dont nothing at all so would never buy them personally again

However, I did give 2 pills to a female friends and 2 to a male friend. They both got wired off these and loved them, they have now even gone to buy them.

Started using 1 ripped freak capsule a day for 2 weeks and noticed immediate steady weight loss, had been training regularly and getting stronger and fitter BUT no dramatic weight loss. Clear drop in appettite, I have no problem not eating after 8pm which was a challenge before I started using ripped freak. HAVEN’T noticed any increase in energy levels as reported elsewhere. Equally I haven’t noticed any ill effects, sickness, nausea, etc. As reported elsewhere, there is a definite queasy feeling within 10 minutes of taking the ripped freak capsule first thing in the morning on an empty feelings but I would say this is a long way from feeling sick. And as anything taken on an empty stomach first thing [with water] after having nothing else since 8pm the night before is going to GO TO WORK pretty quickly I don’t find that surprising. I plan to increase to 2 Ripped Freak tablets this week coming i.e. 1 tablet in the morning as I have been doing and 1 before working out, which may mean 2 tablets in the morning when I am only doing a morning workout which is usually 3 times a week. I think it’s important to think about body mass when comparing the effects of supplements, I am 6’3’’ and weigh 18 stones with currently moderate Body fat with moderate to high muscle mass, so that may mean I can tolerate ripped freak better, don’t know if that’s true, just something to think about. After reading the Ripped Freak reviews I was expecting more when I took my first tab, the effects were not amazing! If you have taken ephedrine or clen in the past this stuff will probably not phase you, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying this is not a good weight loss product because it is and it does work. OK so i was kinda sketched out takin it at first cause of all these pussies that were saying they had to go to the ER and shit like that but its really not that bad. I just took SuperPump 250 for a month cycle then took ONE Ripped Freak pill, cause 2 is for heroine addicts and people like Arnold and it does exactly what it says; gives you energy, suppresses your appetite and makes you pump more in the gym. If you find your weight across the top of the meal plan and actually follow meals 1-5 (I add in a 6th meal of cottage cheese before bed), you'll definitely get results.

I should have read the ingredients, I have severe reactions to yohimbine.

The ripped freak really works! What a rush of energy! I started by taking two pills and thought I am going to over dose. I felt I am on speed or something similar (ephedrine). My advice it to tale just one pill 40 minutes before your work out and make sure you finish your workout by at least 30/40 minutes of cardio to get it out of your system. Do not take it late at night or in the afternoon, it will definitely prevent you from sleeping. One more side effect, and I am not sure if it is happening to anyone else, it is lowering my libido dramatically. My penis is not even getting up unless stimulated. taking 2 is insane energy and it really pumps me in to overdrive. but I do notice sometimes it makes me a little sick an dizzy and over the past few days I have been having head aches which I never have. taking 1 is less intense.

i have tried a number of fat burners and this is truly the only one that i actually felt add substance to my training and " what a rush"!!! within 2 days i felt trimmer, all i would say is if you are new to hybrid supplements then take advice and dont take more than 1 tablet for the first week, when i trianed on 2 tablets for a session it was fantastic, trained longer and harder than i had for quite some time.

Holy shitballs, this stuff gives you a really cool rush, similar to ECA. I took two capsules and you feel it about 40 minutes later. I had to go for a brisk walk and couldn't sit still.
