Rating Today is my first day taking this product and I took 2 pills at 8:15am this morning, ran for 30 mins on the treadmill at 9:00am and then did 3 tricep exercises and I am still feeling completely stoned at 4:30pm!!!!!!! All day I have felt dizzy, a loss of appetite, and very out of it. I think that it is better to take 1 of these pills early in the morning and thats about it. I hope to see some results from it. Rating 1 pill is enough for me (and most people). I take it 1 hour before training and I get more out of session. At that dose product lasts 2 months!
If you find your weight across the top of the meal plan and actually follow meals 1-5 (I add in a 6th meal of cottage cheese before bed), you'll definitely get results.

Rating The ripped freak really works! What a rush of energy! I started by taking two pills and thought I am going to over dose. I felt I am on speed or something similar (ephedrine). My advice it to tale just one pill 40 minutes before your work out and make sure you finish your workout by at least 30/40 minutes of cardio to get it out of your system. Do not take it late at night or in the afternoon, it will definitely prevent you from sleeping. One more side effect, and I am not sure if it is happening to anyone else, it is lowering my libido dramatically. My penis is not even getting up unless stimulated. My balls are actually shrinking when I take it and there is no blood flow to my penis. I don’t even have morning hard-ons. Are you having similar side effects? (Posted on 11/17/09)

Rating DO NOT TAKE 2 PILLS! I'm a little worried to take it tomorrow as today I took 1 pill as it was my first day and i thought i was gonna die or something. I thought i was having an allergic reaction to this stuff! For one the rush was freaky, i was counting my pulse and it was at 120 pulses per minute sitting down....i got all tingly throughout my body, i was dizzy and had a hard time focusing like blurry vision. Rating taking 2 is insane energy and it really pumps me in to overdrive. but I do notice sometimes it makes me a little sick an dizzy and over the past few days I have been having head aches which I never have. taking 1 is less intense.

Rating i have tried a number of fat burners and this is truly the only one that i actually felt add substance to my training and " what a rush"!!! within 2 days i felt trimmer, all i would say is if you are new to hybrid supplements then take advice and dont take more than 1 tablet for the first week, when i trianed on 2 tablets for a session it was fantastic, trained longer and harder than i had for quite some time.
