Rating San’s Tight contains standard fat burner ingredients caffeine and green tea as well as several other ingredients. Both green tea and caffeine are clinically proven to help with weight loss, but what about the other ingredients in San’s Tight?
1. Synephrine: There is some evidence that this can help with weight loss if used with caffeine and St. John’s Wort, but there is no evidence it does not seem to do anything for weight loss by itself.
2. Guggulsterones: This has long been in traditional Ayurvedic medicine. Studies have found it effective at reducing blood fats as well as bad cholesterol (LDL). It also helps improve good cholesterol (HDL).
3. Yohimbine: This is commonly used for impotency, but it is also used to promote fat loss. Some studies have found Yohimbe to help with weight loss, but nothing too significant. However, it should be used carefully, as it has been known to have unpredictable effects on blood pressure. It can also cause anxiety attacks and at high doses cause problems when taken with over-the-counter medications containing phenylpropanolamine and foods containing tyyramine like liver, cheese, and red wine.
4. Vinpocetine: This is used in some countries to treat cerebrovaacular and cognitive disorders. It might slightly improve metabolism, but there is not scientific evidence on this, yet.
5. Bioperine: This is extracted from black pepper and long pepper berries. It helps improve the bioavailability of some supplements making them more readily absorbed and used by the body.
San’s Tight does include effective fat burner ingredients such green tea and guggulsterones. However, it also has synephrine that seems to have no effect on weight loss. The Yohimbe might improve the product’s effectiveness, though. Also, it is important to know that no fat burner product can truly provide results if you do not change your diet and lifestyle as well.
