I've lost my password. How do I get a new one?
If you've lost your password, click on the "Forgotten Password" link and a new one will be sent to your email address. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder. Also keep in mind that the password is "case-sensitive."

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping and handling from Canada is £2.99 per item and sent by Air Mail. Choose the XpressPost courier option for a flat £20.00 per order. Orders over £75 receive free XpressPost shipping.

How soon before my shipment arrives?
Regular Air Mail delivery times are 5-8 business days and on the very rare occasion can take up to 10 business days. XpressPost delivery is 3-5 business days.

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Military orders (APO, FPO addresses) may take from one to six weeks for delivery via Air Mail and one to two weeks via XpressPost.
We highly recommend providing a civic address and contact number, in addition to the APO / FPO address, to ensure accuracy and speed of delivery.

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?
Air Mail is 99.5% reliable. Please check your local postal outlet if the item has been received, as we receive many items that are returned unclaimed.
If your package is lost, a claim will be filed with the Post Office 45 days after your item has shipped. If your package is deemed "unrecoverable", we will either send out another order or refund 100% of your purchase.

What if my order gets stopped by Customs?
Laws differ in every country. They also change very often. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office if the products are permitted in your country. We ship most products to all countries, however, if the package is seized by Customs, you will not be reimbursed.
If the package is returned to AstroNutrition in perfect condition, you will be fully reimbursed.
Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply, however, we'll be happy to split the bill if you send us a copy of the Customs receipt.

What is your return policy?
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not satisfied with any item(s), you may return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase for a credit refund less the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error.

How do I create an account?
Creating a personal account will allow you to register billing information, preventing you from having to enter it every time. To create an account, simply select "Members Section" at the top right of the page. You will also be able to register during your checkout process.

Do you store my credit card information?
