Pro Essence: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose Flor-Essence - 7 Day Purification Program Directions from FLORA Flor Essence: Adults: Shake well before use. Measure 2 tablespoons (1 oz.) and dilute with an equal or greater amount of hot water. Take twice daily, preferably 30 minutes before eating in the morning an before bedtime. Keep Flor Essence refrigerated at all times after opening and consume within 3 weeks.
