    It's the second time I bought GABA. First one was Higher Power and was very satisfied, as I felt it working, the tingling effect after a few minutes and the deep sleep it gave me. That stuff was powerful, as even my friends had tried it and were very happy too. I got NOW brand thinking it's the one I got before and realised that this product has no effect whatsoever. Going to increase the dose and see what happens .. maybe it's not as pure. btw I found that an effective dose is 5g don't bother with 1g or 2g. Research supports this. (Posted on 10/27/09)

    I used to power lift and used to take this product it used to make me tingle and feel brill and refreshed the following day. I have not experienced it with your product it tastes similar however does not seem as strong as the Europa version I used to take back in 1995. Very dissapointed 20 pounds to dear for what I got.     this product has helped me with anxiety and stress. by taking 500mg in the morning with st 300 mg of st john's wort, it has made me a lot more relaxed and calm. if i feel extra stressed, i'll take a serving at night as well. has anyone else combined st john's and gaba? (Posted on 1/19/09)
