Arachidonic Acid : an omega-6 fatty acid. It is the
counterpart to the saturated arachidic
acid found in peanut oil and is consumed
in small amounts in our regular diets.
Consuming higher than normal levels of
arachidonic acid will result in the
greater retention of this fatty acid in
body tissues, which should markedly
enhance the output of anabolic
prostaglandins in response to physical
exercise.
