1. Excellent product - a real motivator Review by Sandip

   It worked in a number of ways for me.
   1) I found gym sessions easier and i was always up for cardio and pushing big weights after a couple of these ECA tabs a day. I was waking early before work often a bit groggy, took one of these and once on the cross trainer or treadmill i came alive. pushing harder resistance on the cardio machines, and going for longer. I must say i sweated alot!!! i really felt positive about the exercise i was doing. This drove me on to go again and again.
   
   2) Weight loss - the ultimate goal. I found the weight dropped off quite well, i have love handles and a small gut and chest fat that i wanted to trim off and the ECA stack really helped to trim that last resistant bits off. I got down b about 8lbs/4 KG in about 10days. i was training pretty hard but like i said the tabs made it easier to train hard.
   
   3) appetite - suppressed al ittel but i found i was hungry in the evenings and my portion sizes crept up. to counter this i would take a protien shake with / just after my evening meal to increase my fullness.
   
   4) muscle tone, and size. I am not trying to build a huge stack but the ECA extreme really did help me/does help me. I am moving heavier weights, i go for more reps too and pull up have become a lot easier. I found the muscle bulging and the tone really improving. my size has increased in key areas like my guns and shoulders and ive dropped the fat that prevented the definition and I can see the lines/contours of my muscles peeling through.
   
   Overall im really satisfied with this ephedrine product. i have just taken a 10day break and which coincided with a short holiday so ive trained less and not taken the pill. today was my first day back, uve started on 3 a day evenly spread no later than 4pm and im hitting the gym hard again - im looking forward to adding to the results ive already had. i recommend starting slowly with the ephedrine tabs as those new to the pill may get the jitters etc.

2. Not worth the money Review by Cubababy

   I really don't rate this product. I usually use Thermalean but thought I would give this a go. All It did was give me the jitters and did not suppress my appetite at all.
   
   I will stick to Thermalean with ephedrine in the future. (Posted on 6/6/10)

   I think this ephedrine stack is a bit over rated. It does suppress appetite but I can not see it really burning off fat. This is ok if you take it with every meal but even then it can be a bit of a let down. The cost is very expensive as well to have 3-4 daily with little effect.
   I will not be buying this again. Other products with ephedrine are more better performance enhancers and worth the expense.
   
   It is also difficult to swallow. I thought was enteric coated and it isn't so anyone not good at taking tabs this is not a good idea as they are large!!
   
   Although the down side is a let down, I guess it does suppress appetite a bit, and so speed up the metabolic system. Just be-careful paying lot of money for something new...it does not always become cost effective to performance.

   Used 3 pills a day 1 first thing in the morning, 1 Midday and 1 just before the gym. Def felt the increase in energy. A real ephedrine fat burner. I highly recommend it (Posted on 4/27/10)

   ECA Extreme works fantastically well however when taken in the right dosage. One pill or even one and a half pills had little effect however, two pills taken together had the desired effect which led to fast fat burning and extra energy which culminated in prolonged workouts in the gym (Posted on 4/14/10)
