Instructions on How to Order Online
1. Select your product by clicking on the product you wish to purchase. Search for products using the "Search" function located at the top left-hand corner of our site. Alternatively, you may choose to select a product category located on the left hand side in the "Categories" section of the website.
2. Choose the product you wish to purchase by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button or the product image. Clicking the image will take you to the "Product Description" screen where you can select your desired quantity followed by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. You will see the contents of your shopping cart and will be given the option to:
• Change your quantity.
• Continue shopping.
• Purchase your items by selecting the "Checkout" button.
3. If you continue shopping, you will see your shopping cart contents on the right hand side. Click on the "Shopping Cart" contents at any time to view what you have in your basket or when you are ready to "Checkout."
4. Selecting the "Checkout" button will lead you to the "Members Section." If you have already registered with us, you will be asked to enter your email address and password.
5. If this is your first time shopping with us, you will need to enter "Billing Information." This will pre-fill your billing and shipping information saving you time on future purchases. It takes less than a minute to register and enter your shipping details!
6. Step 1 of 2 (Checkout) - Once complete, you will select a shipping method (Air Mail or XpressPost), enter any applicable coupon codes, choose payment by "Credit/Debit Card" or "Check/Money Order", and input any comments or instructions for our order desk. Check the box to acknowledge that you've read and agreed to the "Terms and Conditions."
7. Step 2 of 2 (Order Confirmation) - This final step confirms your shipping and billing address, special instructions/comments, order total, shipping and payment method.
8. If you're paying via credit/debit card through NoChex, you will be redirected to the NoChex payment screen where you will enter your credit card information. Once payment has been approved, you will be re-directed back to our site. An email from NoChex will be sent confirming your payment. Order transactions will show on your credit card statement as NoChex.
9. You will also receive an email from AstroNutrition acknowledging receipt of your order. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your junk mail folder.
Your information is secure with AstroNutrition. All transactions are encrypted and we do not rent or sell any information we receive from customers. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

Payment Information
Currently, we accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard) and debit cards (Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron and Visa Debit) through NoChex, the UK's leading online payment company.
There is also the option to pay by secured funds via Western Union, MoneyGram, bank transfer, or money order. Personal checks can take up to 30 days to clear.

Shipping Policy
Shipping and handling is £2.99 per item and sent by Air Mail. Normal delivery times are 5-8 business days and on the very occasion can take up to 10 business days.
Choose the XpressPost courier option for a flat £20.00 per order. Delivery time is 3-5 business days. Orders over £75 receive free XpressPost shipping.
At our discretion, we may upgrade your Air Mail delivery to XpressPost shipping. You will be notified via email if that does occur.
Items are shipped discreetly and labeled - Beauty products - personal use.
All items purchased from AstroNutrition are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shipping Policy - Backorders
If your item is on backorder, you can choose to change the item or cancel the order at any time.
If you ordered more than one item and only part of them is on backorder, we will almost always ship the in-stock items immediately. Backorders will ship as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping Policy - APO / FPO
Military orders (APO, FPO addresses) may take from one to six weeks for delivery via Air Mail and one to two weeks via XpressPost.
We highly recommend providing a civic address and contact number, in addition to the APO / FPO address, to ensure accuracy and speed of delivery.

Shipping Policy - Customs
Laws differ in every country. They also change very often. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office if the products are permitted in your country. We ship most products to all countries, however, if the package is seized by Customs, you will not be reimbursed.
If the package is returned to AstroNutrition in perfect condition, you will be fully reimbursed.
Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply, however, we'll be happy to split the bill if you send us a copy of the Customs receipt.

Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not satisfied with any item(s), you may return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase for a credit refund less the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error.
Products sold on this site are not guaranteed effective by AstroNutrition. Product descriptions are merely a copy of the manufacturer's information, and hence, we are not directly responsible for claims made about the products. We encourage feedback of products be posted on our site to allow for more informed decisions by our customers.
