Rating I started taking the Hydroxycut 3 days ago and I think this new formula is great. It didn't give me the jitters but it did give me a crazy rush of energy...CRAZY!
Warning tho: Only take it if your about to exercise otherwise you'll have too much energy, the first day I tried it i didn't go to the gym but my house got really clean! (haha).
The last 2 days that i've taken it i've taken 1 capsule 1/2 hour before the gym and i've never worked out so hard in my life. It gives me awesome energy and incredible motivation to get through my workout and beyond. So far so good! I'm hoping to lose 10lb in the next couple of weeks! (Posted on 1/19/09)
