    Maca works very well, I order it to help with hotflashes, depression, and insomnia. It has helped me alot. I started using it about one month ago, it has done everything it said. I definitely would recomend it to anyone dealing with hotflashes and hormone unbalance. (Posted on 2/12/10)

    I recently read an article about Maca and what interested me most was that not only did it increase sexual desire in men but also in women! I was skeptical at first but soon after I started taking it regularly I was absolutely amazed! I could believe the effect it had on me! There's no side effects whatsever, my energy levels have increased and most importantly so did my sex drive. The sexual energy between my husband and I has never been so good. He's noticed the change in me and has even started taking it himself!
    Some advise for first time users tho. When i first started taking the pills i was only taking 2 a day with no effects. My doctor told me that because maca is a food, not a drug, that i should be taking larger amounts as small amount do little good. I usually take 6-8 capsules a day. I've also noticed that the more I take the stronger the effects. (Dont worry Maca has no toxicity and no adverse pharmacologic effects, even in large amounts). I think this a excellent and safe way to increase libido without the side effects of prescription drugs! (Posted on 1/19/09)
