Rating This was the strongest melatonin I could find available in the marketplace. I especially like it since it's taken sublingually and hits me faster than if I ingested it orally. I'm knocked out in about 15 minutes with this product. And that's really helpful if you're an insomniac or have anxiety. (Posted on 3/4/09)
