Rating I just started trying the Nicotinex about 3 weeks ago, it killed my cravings for the first week, but the second week was the hardest and I had major cravings. I did cave in and had 2 smokes that week but I made it through and it's been over a week since that last smoke. Only 2 cigarettes in the last 3 weeks. I think the Nicotinex has helped a bit but I'm determined to stop smoking and I think that just that will alone is half my battle. I would recommend this for anyone trying to quit, anything that helps is great, taste isn't as bad as I thought, but not great! (Posted on 1/19/09)
