Nutricology® Calcium Citrate 180 vcaps is a dietary supplement containing the highest-quality pure calcium citrate in a form that is free of all common allergens, coloring and artificial preservatives.
The recommended dose of Nutricology® Calcium Citrate 180 vcaps is one capsule to be taken up to three times daily, and it is further recommended that its use should be supplemented with magnesium, but the use of this supplement is not recommended should you be taking existing medication that contain aluminum.

Excellent product review by Lynneypin on 10/4/2011I used to purchase this elsewhere, but found Astro's prices more competitive. This is a great way to increase my calcium intake - citrate is the type I prefer to use. I believe it is more easily absorbed.
