- Can you take 1 softgesal, instead off 2 that is recemended for it to work?

  You can definitely take 1 capsule if you like; however, you will probably get minimal results. I would recommend taking 2 capsules as you will receive way better results that way.

- how ccan i take ( Longer Stronger Hair & Nails ) is it together or one capsule on the morning and another one on the evening ?
