I really liked this product, I began to take it to increase my breastmilk supply. It did just that in about 48 hours. Fenugreek definitely increased my libido as a nice plus :) and it made me feel generally happier. The only down sides to this is that it makes your sweat smell like maple syrup... this was a little wierd for me, but so long as you shower daily and purt deoderant on just like normal its not that big of a deal. It was also kind of annoying taking 2 pills 3 times a day, but if its good for me, i can deal with that.
