Gaba alone is a great product, I have the most relaxing, deep sleeps. But now I use True Calm since it contains other ingredients that also calm nerves. I take one in the afternoon on the way home from work to destress and another before bedtime and i get a fantastic sleep. I saty off it on the weekends so i don't build a tolerance to it, don't want it to stop working for me! (Posted on 1/19/09)

I am very impressed with this product. On any average day I would say i'm mildly to quite stressed. Since I've started taking it i have noticed quite a change. I usually take 2 capsules about 1/2 hour before I go to sleep. It has a very relaxing and tranquilizing effect on me. I have much more deeper sleeps and the quality of my sleep is much better. I haven't noticed any side effects and I do feel significantly rejuvinated in the mornings. (Posted on 1/19/09)
