Used these for a couple of months and they helped drop fat but not the muscle, helped me lose a stone in about 6 weeks with a lot of work in the gym but they really give u a great boost in the gym (Posted on 7/8/11)

I have found the ephedrine product to be very good, feeling the affects of the eca stack ingredients and noticing the difference in my weight loss and training ability. I am combining the tablets with a good balanced diet and training routine taking in cardio and weights and have found definite gains from taking this.
I have noticed heightened awareness and alertness, reduced appetite, increased perceived heart rate. Things to watch for are the ephedrine tablets are most affective on an empty stomach, which isn't recommended and you should maintain a good level of water intake. I have also noticed an increase to the number of toilet stops I make.

I have used ephedra products off and on for over a decade. This product is definitely a new favorite of mine. I like the 30 mg dose, I can take the entire amount, or cut it down for a smaller dose if I like. The company is great - I had a problem with my first order, and they contacted me very quickly over the phone, and got everything straightened out, and the product arrived very shortly afterwards. With my last shipment, I got samples of new free products, a practice which I hope they continue, so I can test out new items. Thanks, guys! (Posted on 6/15/11)

I notice my heart starts pumping, but not so much extra energy, i wanted more energy, just feeling strange.
For a couple of years ago i took stacker 2 with ephedrine. And they had more effect on me.
I have been on theese ephedrine pills now for about 3 veeks, and the weigthloss is small.
But i dont give up on them yeat :-)

But i must say that i am very satisfied by shopping in this store, Fast delivery, and payment by creditcard was no problem. I will shop more from this store, its hard to find a good site. Thank you.

I have brought various products from Asto Nutrition before and have had results. I decided to change and try another product called fire starter. As soon as i took this i felt sick, was sick and felt ill and lathargic. made my body hurt and shake. I had to come off it straight away and have not used them since. Would not recommend this product unless you want to waste £50. The size zero tablet with ephedrine is much better, gives you the boost of energy you want, makes you happy and thin!!!
