Renew Life CleanseSMART is an all-natural, herbal solution to your cleansing problems. According to Renew Life, it is the winner of Better Nutrition Magazine’s 2010 Best Supplements Award and considered “the best cleanse seven years in a row.” Renew Life also claims “over one million satisfied customers”.

Renew Life CleanseSMART is a 30-day internal cleanse. With it according to manufacturers, you can naturally detoxify and cleanse the body, avoiding many common problems or side effects that one might commonly associate with other cleanses. CleanseSMART comes in capsule form. Directions are for users to take two in the morning and two in the evening.

Some of the benefits Renew Life claims CleanseSMART can bring is reducing toxic load, increasing energy, improving regularity and managing stress. It also helps for those suffering with fatigue, migraines and headaches, constipation and br ain fog.

How Does Renew Life CleanseSMART Work?
Renew Life CleanseSMART has an interesting formula of 23 ingredients to “support a natural detoxification process.” One of those ingredients is milk thistle, which is known to be good for the liver.

Other ingredients found in Renew Life CleanseSMART are not necessarily related to weight loss or cleansing. They have some that are good for heart health, for example. However, while the ingredient combination does have some natural benefits, they end very quickly. In addition, only a select few of the ingredients have anything to do with cleansing and they are in extremely small amounts.

Overall, it's one of the better cleansers out there as it doesn't use abrasive fibers that are tough on your body. It is a gentle cleanse that will make an overall difference to your health and well being. There are diet recommendations in the box that will assist with getting maximum results. I just tried this cleanse and I feel great! The biggest change I've noticed since is that my migraines have greatly subsided. I've tried the reclease 7-day and the herbal colon cleanse but I wanted to try a longer treatment. It's hard to stick to it for 30 days sometimes but it's worth it in the end. I feel more energized, my body feels like it's functioning more efficiently, i have more restful sleeps and I've stopped overeating. During this cleanse I drink TONS of water, so carry a water bottle everywhere with you , and it's very important to change your diet to a more healthier one with healthy food choices. I've been on this cleanse now for 8 days. What I like about it is that it condones a healthy diet but not a super strict one. For example: it's ok to have a glass of wine.

I like the fact that this cleanse was created by a naturopathic doctor and to the best of my knowledge, the only cleanse with 7 channels of elimination.

I started noticing a change 3 days into it where my body would be "blissed out." Instead of reaching for a cup of coffee or caffeinated tea, I found no need to drink it because I was so energized. I feel a lot lighter, am in a better mood, and have energy all day and night.

For the record, this is my 3rd cleanse of this calendar year and about my 10th overall. This is by far, the best and most effective one I've been on. I'm really looking forward to how I feel after 30 days. Giddy up!
