one serving 2 caps of dyma burn gives 330mg of caffeine and that kicks starts the energy boost throughout the day. overall for fat burning it is good and for energy it is excellent.if u need insane energy then this product is for you without any side effects.

I'm about 3 weeks into taking this product, I was so excited about it but I've not managed to loose anything significant at all, about a lb or two maybe but that is it. I'm away on my holidays next week and I had hoped to feel more comfortable in my clothes by then, I will keep going with it... (Posted on 7/19/10)

till now i have tried the lipo 6, meltdown, xenadrine, hydroxycut and more..
the dymaburn was the best one, it really works if you take it at the morning on empty stomach and before exercise .
iv'e lost 40 k"g in 8 month most of it with dymaburn's support .

Noticed some weight loss with this product and exercise - but didnt really feel any extra energy buzz or anything like that. Also suffered with headaches whilst using this product (usually about 3 hours after initially taking it).

So overall I think it works, but its not a wonderdrug, and there are some side affects.
