I've only been taking half once per day in the morning just after breakfast and about 30 mins before my work out. The first time I took it I got the shakes, dry mouth, no real loss of appetite. Subsequent times have worked better, during my work out I get really good body tingles, and seemed to literally bounce my way through my work out. I'm working my way up to taking a whole one, once my body is used to it. But great product overall. (Posted on 5/24/11)Rating - a good product Review by Sara

been using the product for a while now and dont recommend for anyone to suppress appetite, you get a bit of the jitters sometimes mainly on the morning dose after breakfast and the sweats, my evening workout has increased but if you train like I do at 4.30pm dont take any later than 3pm or it will keep you awake and you get a second wind at around 8 which has you doing things a bit manically!Rating

When I first used it, I used a full capsule and these are so strong that I would feel sick and shiver so I started splitting the dose in half and it's a lot better. It tastes gross if you empty half the capsule in water but it's a lot better and it gives me energy. I take it with some caffeine tablets to keep me awake. Brillant stuff but strong so if you use them for the first time be aware of the strengh. (Posted on 3/20/11)Rating
