This my second day on Happy pills. I am only taking one a day to see my tolerance. I have to say I'm surprised I'm not sad. I'm usually down non socialble and think my life is shit. But since taking the pills I feel a lil better. After a week I will be taking 2 pills a day I will keep u posted. Wish me luck. (Posted on 2/15/11)

I’ve tried one Happy Pill and personally for me, it put me on edge. It might have taken away my thoughts of stress however, feeling on edge, uncomfortable and very bouncy was not an ideal situation for me. I’ve found out that I can’t handle products that contain Caffeine, And this product has Caffeine Anhydrous. Just something you might want to consider when trying this product. BTW similar product came out without Caffeine- Lumiday. Haven’t tried it but will. Seems more expencive, but hopefully it’s because it can deliver.

My History-I have tried anti-depressants for about 6 months. After I got off of them, (I suffer from mild depression-and at the time being a college student and everyday stress was difficult for me to handle) so, I tried St. Johns Wort. That worked for about 1 year but it seems as if my brain got use to the ingredient so it stopped working for me. I have tried different name brands, but at the end I felt more agitated and uncomfortable in my own body the days that I would take St. Johns Wort. Therefore, I stopped taking it. I have been taking Happy Pills for only two days and i immediately felt the effects and a change in my overall mood. like said in other reviews I constantly have the urge to always be doing something (moderate to large energy boost that lasts all day without any jitters or come down) and i fell more sociable and happy. Happy Pills not work for some people but they certainly seem to be working for me so far. Plus all natural ingredients. As for sleeping i feel less stressed at the end of the day, i find i worry less (constant thinking) and overall easier to fall asleep and stay asleep. As far i know i will be continuing this supplement into the future. And as also said before my eye was caught by the 'happy pills'' logo name LOL. Definitely worth a try. (Posted on 8/17/10)

Not sure how I feel about the happy pill............Have stopped started the pills but must say that when I've taken them I have felt a lot happier and can't wait to get onto the next job be it the cleaning or ironing, even finished the grouting in my bathroom that I started a year a go. Still get a bit moody but not like before. Will carry on taking and am probably ready to order my next pack. (Posted on 3/8/10)

I cant comment too much on those who say they didnt work, but then some prescription anti-depressants dont work for some and dosage/type has to be changed.

Anyway, I'd had success with St Johns Wort and 5HTP combined tablets in the past, so thought I would give these a go.

First of all St Johns Wort isnt instant...it takes a few weeks to kick in (no matter how high the dose), but most of the other ingedients in Happy Pills work straight away. 5HTP for example should make a different almost immediately....with me I notice an increase in energy levels...the first time I took it I spent 3 hours cleaning my house and just feeling the need to "DO STUFF", a feeling I'd not had for a while!!

My only comment is that I dont agree with the dosage. Most will only need 1 tablet a day...2 at the most, anything over 100mg a day in 5HTP and you are asking for trouble.

Try them with an open mind....fingers crossed they work for you as well as they did for me. (Posted on 1/22/10)

I can't believe that the two previous reviews are true. I have suffered mild depression for years and don't believe in taking prescribed medicine so thought I would try these based on the reviews. They had absolutely no effect on me whatsoever. There wasn't even a slight change in my moods. I still feel sad, low, unsociable and negative. I was really hoping for a boost but got nothing. I even bought a second bottle in the hope that it may just take a little longer for me but still no joy!! They don't even warrant the one start ;o( (Posted on 7/17/09)

This product worked within 15 minutes. I went from having a regular day at work to being super excited, talkative and overcome with joy. It works very well and I must say that the marketing of the happy face is what got me to trying this. I'm glad I did! (Posted on 3/12/09)
