been using the product for a while now and dont recommend for anyone to suppress appetite, you get a bit of the jitters sometimes mainly on the morning dose after breakfast and the sweats, my evening workout has increased but if you train like I do at 4.30pm dont take any later than 3pm or it will keep you awake and you get a second wind at around 8 which has you doing things a bit manically!
You need to still control what you eat but to date not had any massive changes just more energy.
