This melatonin product has been of great assistant. I had been suffering from insomnia for more than 13 years since the age of 18, and it had greatly affected my life. I could not enjoy the beauty of my sleep and thus wake up haggardly the next day. There were times that I went into depression and thoughts about giving up my life. Nobody would understand how torturous it was for not being able to sleep the whole night. I was praying each day that miracle would happen 1 day and would again sleep like a baby. Indeed, on May 2011, my dream comes true – regret that I did not find this product earlier. I definitely recommend this product to insomnia sufferers out there – hope they are just as lucky as I. I also like to add that, do not rely on this product alone because it would be more effective if you do some warm up exercise before you lie on the bed (eg. Rotating your neck 5 times to the left and vice versa, stretching your arms, feeling your own inhalation and exhalation). Apart from these, drink a cup of chamomile tea or hot milk with honey before sleep will definitely work. I will definitely continue buying this product. Good luck!!
