Works very well!

I just received this bottle last week and all week i've had wonderful sleeps. I take a few drops with tea about 40minutes before bed. I think this is great for anyone like me who has trouble falling asleep because of stress as it helps put me into a more relaxed state and i'm able to fall asleep.
