Now GABA - 750 mg 100 Vcaps

I took GABA powder for the first time a few days ago when I had trouble sleeping. I guess the change of weather and taking afternoon naps made sleeping at night a bit more of a challenge.

After taking two capsules, about 15 minutes later, I fell into a really comfortable, deep sleep that I had not experienced in some time. I really took a fancy to this product and will use it on the occasion that I need a restful sleep.

My understanding is that GABA won't get you to sleep but will put you into a deep sleep. Sounds good to me!
