Serenol is a homeopathic medecine recommended for temporary sleeping disorders. Relieves nervousness, agitation and restlessness due to fatigue.
Dosage and notice of use: To be taken orally.
Sleeping disorders: 5 years and up; 1 teaspoon at bedtime. Under 5 years: 1/2 teaspoon at bedtime.
Nervousness, agitation and restlessness: 5 years and up; 1 teaspoon 3 to 5 times a day. Under 5 years: 1/2 teaspoon 3 to 4 times a day.
Each bottle contains: 150 ml
Ingredients:

Rating This stuff works like a charm! My daughter sometimes has trouble sleeping at night especially if we've had company or have returned home in the evening after a day out. I think she just gets a bit too excited and isn't able to calm down emough for a restful sleep. If I give her the Serenol it helps a lot and she always has a good night rest. (Posted on 1/19/09)
