Rating

When I took Shut-Eye I started waking in the morning feeling groggy and unrefreshed. I initially blamed this on a particularly heavy training schedule but it was the stuff. I usually sleep around 5.5 hours each night and I think you're supposed to get more if you're on this but that's just not me. I also woke screaming in the small hours because of cramps.
My hobby is mountain running with a heavy pack, maybe Shut-Eye would be of more use to body builders.

Very good when you are exhauted after an insane training, it helps you to fall asleep and your muscle growth. All is in the name!
