Didn't work for me. Review by Sweatyhat
Rating When I took Shut-Eye I started waking in the morning feeling groggy and unrefreshed. I initially blamed this on a particularly heavy training schedule but it was the stuff. I usually sleep around 5.5 hours each night and I think you're supposed to get more if you're on this but that's just not me. I also woke screaming in the small hours because of cramps.
My hobby is mountain running with a heavy pack, maybe Shut-Eye would be of more use to body builders. (Posted on 7/25/10) -
